
Nick Campion
Director Harmony Institute, Director Sophia Centre for the Study of Cosmology in Culture
Professor Nicholas Campion is Director of the Harmony Institute, Associate Professor in Cosmology and Culture, and Principal Lecturer in the Institute of Education and Humanities at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
He is also Director of the University’s Sophia Centre for the Study of Cosmology in Culture. He is tasked with the development and critical examination of ideas about Harmony at the University.
He is editor of The Harmony Debates: Exploring a practical philosophy for a sustainable future (Sophia Centre Press, 2020), which brings together forty-six specialists in a wide-ranging examination of Harmony and its applications in business, education, travel, dance and sculpture, farming, climate change, community activism, conflict resolution, philosophy and religion, with a foreword by the University’s Patron, the Prince of Wales.
Amongst his other roles he is Programme Director of the University’s MAs in Ecology and Spirituality, and Cultural Astronomy and Astrology and is currently involved in the development of a new MA in Harmony and Sustainability.
